Use a two-flute bit where fine finish is paramount. Two flutes balance the bit, eliminating vibration that degrades the cut finish. Two cuts per revolution yield a smooth surface, but feed rate is slightly reduced. Excellent for cutting in wood, MDF and plywood. We recommend uses shortest cutting length possible to achieve desired depth. The longer the cutting length, the more vibration and deflection will occur.
Bits with extreme length are not guaranteed (45427, 45427-01, 45477).
